We will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery.

If your order is returned to us due to a banned/restricted products policy, a wrong address, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept the order or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, we will refund your credit card as follows: You will be refunded the total amount of the order, minus the shipping charge*.

Exchange / Return Instructions
– You may submit your request within seven (7) days upon receipt your package.
– When returning items for a refund, please include your order number, email address and reason for returning the item.
– We cannot be held accountable for loss of incoming mail, so it is your responsibility to ensure the parcel reaches us safely. At all times please ensure you obtain a proof of shipping.
– You will need to return your item(s) at your own cost.
– Customers will get confirmation email once a refund has been issued. Please wait few days for a refunded amount to reflect on your account.
Exchange / Return may not be accepted if:
– the package or part of it is lost or damaged due to lack of care or some other fault the customer is responsible for.
– the value of the product is severely reduced due to use or consumption of the customer.
– the product label/tag and warranty card is not intact to the item upon return.
– the return falls outside of the seven (7) days period, or the item is worn, damaged or not in its original packaging, we cannot accept the returned items and cannot give a refund.
